Zikirmatik Pro Privacy Policy
Zikirmatik Pro is designed as an offline-first dhikr counter, reminder, Esma-ul Husna, prayer tasbihat, and statistics app. We try to keep personal and spiritual practice data on your device whenever possible.
Short version: Zikirmatik Pro does not require an account, does not sell personal data, does not show ads, and does not use third-party advertising tracking. Your custom dhikrs, counter history, reminder settings, favorites, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. The app uses Firebase services for basic analytics and push notification delivery.
1. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The app stores the following information locally to provide its core features:
- Counter sessions, counts, targets, and statistics.
- Custom dhikrs you create, including optional Arabic text and meaning.
- Favorites, text-size settings, sound and vibration settings, theme preferences, and last active counter state.
- Reminder titles, reminder text, selected time, repeat days, and linked dhikr when you create reminders.
- Prayer tasbihat daily completion state.
This information is stored in the app's local database and local preferences on your device. In the current version, Zikirmatik Pro does not create a user account and does not upload your custom dhikr content, reminder text, or detailed local counter database to a Zikirmatik Pro server.
2. Information That May Be Collected Through Firebase
Zikirmatik Pro uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging. These services may collect technical and usage information needed to understand app reliability, feature usage, and notification delivery.

Zikirmatik Pro's analytics implementation avoids sending religious text, custom dhikr text, reminder text, exact reminder time, free-form search text, Arabic text, meanings, or long explanations as analytics parameters. Search analytics record only non-content metadata such as query length, result count, source screen, and selected category.
3. Notifications
Zikirmatik Pro can send local reminders and Firebase push notifications if you allow notifications on your device.
- Local reminders are scheduled on your device using the reminder information you enter.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging uses notification tokens and device/app metadata to deliver push notifications.
- You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings or Android system settings.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
Zikirmatik Pro does not intentionally collect:
- Your name, phone number, address, contacts, photos, camera, microphone recordings, precise GPS location, health data, payment information, or financial information.
- Advertising ID for third-party advertising.
- User account credentials, because the current version does not require an account.
- Your custom dhikr text, reminder text, Arabic text, or meanings through analytics.
5. Advertising, Sale of Data, and Tracking
Zikirmatik Pro is currently free, ad-free, and does not use third-party advertising networks. We do not sell personal data. We do not use collected data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Analytics for app usage analytics.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notification delivery.
- Operating system notification services such as Apple Push Notification service and Android notification services.
These third-party services process data according to their own privacy and security practices. You can review Google's Firebase privacy information at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
7. Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, reset relevant settings, or uninstall the app. Firebase analytics and messaging data are retained according to Firebase/Google retention settings and applicable policies.
8. Your Choices and Controls
- You can turn sound and vibration on or off in the app settings.
- You can manage notification permission in your device settings.
- You can delete locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
- You can contact us to ask privacy-related questions or request help.
9. Children
Zikirmatik Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will review the request.
10. International Processing
Firebase services may process technical and analytics data on servers outside your country. By using the app, you understand that such processing may occur according to the service provider's infrastructure and applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
